The Pro-Life Annual Baby Bottle Collection will take place on the weekend of Jan 16/17. Anyone who took a baby bottle last weekend, is asked to fill it with loose change and return it the weekend of January 9/10 or Jan 16/17. Your generosity will truly help support the lives of the unborn.

Students in grades eight thru twelve will be knitting hats for children with cancer and for those who are homeless. They are asking for donations of yarn. Yarn can be dropped off for the month of January at the Parish Center or at the annex doors in church.

On June 5, the Most Rev. Joseph C. Bambera, D. D., J. C. L., Bishop of Scranton, will celebrate the Wedding Anniversary Mass at 2:30 PM in the Cathedral of Saint Peter, Scranton, for couples celebrating their 25th or 50th year of marriage in 2016. Couples will have the opportunity to renew their marriage vows.
A reception will follow in the Diocesan Pastoral Center, where anniversary couples will be able to have their picture taken with the Bishop. Eligible couples should give their names and an April mailing address to the Parish Center (570-474-6315) by March 7.
The following items are needed for the Mt. Top Food Bank: Boxed soup mix instead of Ramen Noodles, noodles, cream soups, baked beans, jelly peanut butter, canned fruit, tuna, mayonnaise, pudding, jello, chocolate and coffee.
First Sunday of each month is Food Bank Sunday! Please drop off items in the Annex part of church. Your generosity is appreciated.
