Area Residents Named To Dean’s List

Students at Lehigh University attained Dean’s List in Fall 2015. This status is granted to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses.

Mary Pettit and Steven Waskie, both of Mountain Top, were named to the Dean’s List at Lehigh University in the fall 2015 semester.

Jason Dotzel of Mountain Top, has been named to the fall 2015 Dean’s List at the University of Richmond.

To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must complete at least 3.5 units for the semester, and a minimum semester GPA of 3.60.

This honor is reserved for the highest achieving students at the University of Richmond who exemplify hard work and dedication to their educational goals.

Nicholas J. Miale of Mountain Top was named to the SUNY Canton Dean’s List for exceptional academic performance during the fall 2015 semester. Miale is a SUNY Canton Emergency Management major who graduated from Crestwood High School in 2012.

Dean’s List recognizes full-time students who earned least a 3.25 on a 4.0 academic scale.

among the over 1400 students named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester at York College of Pennsylvania. To be eligible for this honor, a student must be registered for at least 12 academic credit hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.50 or higher.

David Supko, a junior Sport Management major, and Keelan Tollinger, a first-year Professional Writing major, have been named to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2015 semester.

Located in southcentral Pennsylvania, York College offers more than 50 baccalaureate majors in professional programs, the sciences and humanities to its 4,600 undergraduate students. The College also offers master’s programs in business, education and nursing, and a doctorate in nursing practice.
