ST. JUDE’S VOLUNTEERS HONORED AT LUNCHEON-Each year during Catholic Schools Week, St. Jude School observes a Volunteer Appreciation Day in order to honor those people who provide invaluable service to the school as volunteers. Numerous parents and grandparents give their time to help in the cafeteria, library, recess supervision, PTG activities, and so much more. A luncheon was held in their honor in the Day Room which was decorated with student-made posters recognizing the volunteers as an integral part of the school community. Several members of the school choir performed a few selections for their enjoyment. Following the luncheon, the volunteers were invited to the weekly school Mass where the sign language club presented Amazing Grace.
