Ronald H. Badman, Wilkes-Barre Township, died unexpectedly July 19, 2016, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born June 27, 1947, in Berwick, he was a son of Betty Sward Badman of Mountain Top and the late Harry Badman.

Ron was a 1965 graduate of Berwick High School. He was employed by Dana Perfumes, Mountain Top, for more than 30 years, until their closing, and later worked at Cornell Iron Works, Mountain Top, retiring in 2014.

Ronald enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his grandsons, Alex and Ryan.

Surviving are his wife of 11 years, the former Denise Kemmerer; sons, Ronald Badman and his wife, Helen, Hunlock Creek; Christopher Badman and his wife, Jennifer, Syracuse, N. Y.; and Kevin Badman and his wife, Heather, Hunlock Creek; stepsons, David and Daniel Kosko, Wilkes-Barre Township; grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Badman, Emma, Logan and Kinsleigh Badman and Reilly and Rachel Badman; and sisters, Bonnie Engler and her husband, Robert, Cheryl Eckert and her husband, Ed, and Brenda Stein and her husband, Ira, all of Wapwallopen; and Debra Roushey and her husband, Ken, DeLand, Fla.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
