Crestwood Varsity Cross Country and Track Runner, Aaron Keller, has achieved what he thought was impossible a couple years ago. Aaron joined the Crestwood Cross Country Team two years ago with the intention of competing in only one race. According to Aaron, his Head Coach Robert Moulton was his inspiration to persevere and never quit. Not only did Aaron decide not to quit, he started as a Sophomore racing a 5k (3.1 miles) in 36:00 and ended his Senior Cross Country Season with a Personal Record Time in 23:40.
Aaron became greatly motivated to improve his times and always worked hard at becoming better. He competed in the Special Olympics Track and Field Races in Hershey and Villanova earning a Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medal in various races. His best time of 22:40 was recently achieved at the 5k Villanova Championship.
