Celebrating its one year anniversary, the Health Center at Mountain Top wants to promote healthy living by providing free health screenings and programs for the community. The following events will take place to April 7.
Tuesday, April 4: Let’s Get Healthy
8 a. m.-4:30 p. m., Blood sugar screening
10 a. m.-6 p. m., Physical therapy,
occupational therapy, speech therapy and grip strength screenings for children and adults
Wednesday, April 5: Children’s Day
4-7 p. m., Photo with the Easter Bunny, crafts and giveaways
Thursday, April 6: Learn to Relax Day
8 a. m.-12 noon, Discover Healthy Eating Habits, Molly Sweeney, registered dietitian
