Due to the final stages of construction of the new church the following temporary changes will be in effect from Monday, June 19 until further notice:
Saturday and Sunday Masses at St. Jude will be in the school gym following the regular weekend schedule.
There will be only one daily Mass at St. Mary’s with a St. Jude intention and a St. Mary intention. The Church provides for two intentions at one Mass for emergency pastoral reasons and short period of time. This will enable the parish to not fall behind on daily Mass intentions.
All funerals, weddings, and baptisms will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church during this time.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be celebrated at 4:30 p. m. at St. Mary’s or by appointment. While Mass is being held in the gym, there will not be 3 p. m. confessions at St. Jude.
St. Jude Adoration Chapel will be closed until the new church is dedicated. The new chapel will open immediately following the Dedication Mass. The new hours will be 6 a. m. until 8 p. m. The last hour will conclude at 9 p. m. every day.
Gift cards may be picked up or purchased at the table in the hallway outside the main entrance to the gym, as usual, around the Sunday Masses.
Summer clean up at Calvary Cemetery will take place on July 5. Lot holders are asked to please remove all log planters, artificial flowers and holiday decorations from the graves prior to July 5. Only one live plant is permitted on the graves. All remaining items left on graves on July 5 will be removed and discarded by cemetery personnel. All questions may be directed to 570-788-2150.
