Emmanuel UCC would like to thank everyone who supported our recent fundraiser, the 300 Club, on June 17. This was a fantastic event with great entertainment and delicious food.
The youngsters really had a “jumpin’” time in the moonbounce. The hourly ticket drawings for the monetary prizes had everyone waiting to hear their name called. And odds for winning were good since there were 43 prizes and only 300 chances to win –that’s why it’s called the 300 Club. We also had an
amazing assortment of items in our Silent Auction.
Special THANKS to all the businesses and individuals who donated items for our auction, or food, drinks, and supplies: A&R Building Supply; Abe’s Hot Dogs; Anthracite Café; Auntie Liz’s Diamonds in the Ruff; Ceaser’s Auto Detailing; Ceaser’s Auto Repair; Lisa Ceaser Photography; Classic Looks Hair Salon; Crestwood Pharmacy; Dotzel Trucking and Topsoil; Flower Tent –Blackman Street; Friedman Electric; George Burger and Sons; Gino’s Shoes; Huntzinger Karate; Januzzi’s Pizza; Junie G’s Restaurant; King’s Restaurant & Pizza; Leaf & Ladle; Mountain Freeze; Mountain Top Outdoorsman; Old Post Greenhouse; P&D Pet Supply; Pennsy Supply (Small Mountain Quarry); Peters Bottled Gas; Rainbow Jewelers; Reilly’s Garage; Sand Springs Golf; Special Woman; The Pool Guys; Triangle Pharmacy; Walck Custom Wood Products; Whole Life Center; Wyda’s Small Engine Repair and so many anonymous donors. There were some real beauties, from fine jewelry to gift certificates, household stuff to outdoor stuff, auto detailing to pool toys, and so much more. Thank you again to all who came out to support us. You are great and we’re so glad to be a part of this wonderful community and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
