Ronald David Williams, 65, Nuangola, died Aug. 8, 2017, at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Ronald was the son of the late Malcolm and Dorothy (Jenkins) Williams.
He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. A self-made man, he was the owner of a construction company for over 30 years and built a legacy of love and laughter for his family. He had a strong love for the Dallas Cowboys, Turner Classic Movies and CNBC. He was a gentle giant taken from the world too soon.
In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his brother, Malcolm Williams; brother-in-law, Thomas Faust; and nephew, Zachariah Durkin.
Surviving are his wife of 44 years, the former Sally Faust; daughters, Corissa and husband, Joshua Falcone, of Allentown, Nicole and husband, Dr. Aaron Wynkoop, of Michigan and Rebecca and husband, Matthew McGovern, of Scranton; brother, Jack Williams; sister, Nancy Serbin; sister-in-law, Elizabeth and husband, Anthony Baptiste. He is also survived by his two beloved grandchildren, Samuel and Grace Falcone, whom he adored.
The family would like to thank the compassionate staff of Medical Oncology Associates of Kingston and Hospice of the Sacred Heart for their caring and support.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were entrusted to Harold C. Snowdon Funeral Home Inc., Shavertown.
