Dolores M. “Dody” Kreuzer, 86, Mountain Top, died Oct. 29, 2017, in Mountain Top Senior Care.

“Dody” was born in Wilkes-Barre on May 23, 1931, to the late Michael and Apolonia “Appie” (Duracko) Koscelnick. She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Anna Dorothy.

Dody is survived by her husband of 61 years, George; her daughters, Mary Ann (Stan) Keefe, Mary Joan (Al) Williams; and a son, George Michael (Buffy) Kreuzer; and her beloved grandchildren, Rachel Keefe Smith, Marielle Keefe, Abigail Keefe, Adam Kreuzer, Benjamin Kreuzer, Nicholas Kreuzer, R. J. Williams and Sabrina Williams.

Her beautiful, dimpled smile and humorous, optimistic personality made her a pleasure to know. Her cooking and canning recipes and her love of decorating her home, especially her overabundance of trees for Christmas, will be our treasured memories.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Jude’s Roman Catholic Church at the convenience of the family.

Due to Dody’s generosity to so many multiple charities, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice or to St. Jude’s Building Fund, 420 S. Mountain Blvd., Mountain Top.

Arrangements were by Desiderio Funeral Home Inc, 436 S. Mountain Blvd, Mountain Top.
