HOUSING TO BE PROVIDED FOR SPECIAL NEEDS POPULATION-Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services announces its partnering with the Diocese of Scranton and Catholic Social Services in Hazleton to provide housing for transitional age youth 18-25. Employment, case management and peer supportwill be provided to assist young adults with independent living skills and to aid in their recovery. The residence will be located at Catholic Social Services’ current site on West Walnut Street in Hazleton. Housing will be provided for an 18-24 month period for this special needs population.
