Wilkes Names Guthrie Scholars

Eight Wilkes University students were named to the Guthrie Clinical Scholars program. The Guthrie Scholars program is designed to give qualified juniors and seniors at Wilkes University who are interested in pursuing careers in medicine the opportunity to earn 15 credits while gaining first-hand knowledge of the life of a physician.

Ana Rahman and Zoya Rahman, both of Mountaintop, are among the students named to the program.

Wilkes is an independent institution of higher education dedicated to academic and intellectual excellence through mentoring in the liberal arts, sciences, and professional programs.
