Wright Township Police responded to a male sleeping in a vacant apartment at Capital Hill Village Apartments.
Upon arrival, officers checked the vacant apartment and discovered a blanket and some personal items along with a small amount of food in the bedroom where it appeared someone had been sleeping. The male left through a sliding door that led to a balcony on the second floor of the apartment and fled on foot.
A short time later the male suspect was located walking along SR 309 in the area of Church Road. The suspect was known to officers. Description given by the witness matched the male suspect matched the male suspect. The male was taken into custody and transported back to the Wright Township Police Department, charged with burglary, trespass and possession of paraphernalia and arraigned before District Ronald Swank.
The male was identified as Sean Lulis, 830 Barney Street, Wilkes-Barre. He also had reports of retail theft out of Pittston Township.
The male was incarcerated at Luzerne County Correctional Facility unable to post $10,000 straight cash bail.
