Monday: Center closed-Christmas holiday
Tuesday: Stuffed cabbage roll, mashed potatoes, green beans, whole wheat dinner roll, cottage cheese w/berries, milk and coffee.
Wednesday: Salmon Caesar salad, tomato bisque soup, crackers, tropical fruit, milk, coffee.
Thursday: Turkey sausage, dinner potatoes, French toast, syrup, tropical fruit, milk, coffee.
Friday: New Year’s celebration lunch: herbed pork roast, sauerkraut w/apples, glazed carrots, wheat roll, chocolate layer cake, milk, coffee.
