Celebrate The New Year At Presbyterian Church Of Mt. Top

Rev. James Shanley, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Mountain Top, invites all to worship Sunday, December 31st as we celebrate the last day of 2017!

Sunday School begins at 9:30 with the adult class meeting in the Sanctuary and all ages of children meeting in Fellowship Hall for Praise time and class assignments.

The Worship Service begins at 11:00a.m.

Many thanks to all who purchased Pointsettias to help decorate the Sanctuary for the holidays.

Please donate your food items weekly to be given to the Mountain Top food bank. Bins are located at the rear of the Sanctuary. The need is great for packaged items, mayonnaise, coffee and sugar and peanut butter. Rice, carrots and red beets are also needed.

2018 dates to purchase bulletin covers to honor or recognize someone are now available. A month’s supply of bulletin covers is $35. If there is a certain month you would like to purchase check with the office for availability. Flowers are also available to purchase for $35 for the vases or a special arrangement for the pedestal. Contact Allison Pekar to schedule flowers or call the church office.

Continue to pray for the president and country! Also pray for our military families and those serving in all branches of the armed forces. If you want a name of your friend or family member added to our prayer list, contact the church offices. Service members are prayed for by name every Sunday! Also we lift up the hurricane victims hit with devastating destruction over the last few weeks. Information to donate through the Presbyterian Disaster Relief fund is available in the Narthex.
