Presbyterian Church Of Mountain Top To Study The Beatitudes January 28

Rev. James Shanley, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Mountain Top invites you to join us in worship Sunday, January 28th as we study the Beatitudes. Sunday School begins at 9:30 with the adult class meeting in the Sanctuary and all ages of children meeting in Fellowship Hall for Praise time and class assignments. The Worship Service begins at 11:00a.m.

Pastor Shanley will lead Bible Study on Wed., Jan. 24th in Sunday School room B. All adults seeking to go deeper into the Word of God are invited.

Please check with the church office concerning any Fellowship Hall usage while it is under remodel. The Sunday Schoolrooms A and B will be available.

Please donate your food items weekly to be given to the Mountain Top food bank. Bins are located at the rear of the Sanctuary. The need is great for packaged items, mayonnaise, coffee and sugar and peanut butter. Rice, carrots and red beets are also needed.

2018 dates to purchase bulletin covers to honor or recognize someone are now available. A month’s supply of bulletin covers is $35. If there is a certain month you would like to purchase check with the office for availability. Flowers are also available to purchase for $35 for the vases or a special arrangement for the pedestal. Contact Allison Pekar to schedule flowers or call the church office.

Continue to pray for the president and country! Also pray for our military families and those serving in all branches of the armed forces. If you want a name of your friend or family member added to our prayer list, contact the church offices. Service members are prayed for by name every Sunday!

The Presbyterian Women’s CHILE sale is set for March 7. Orders are limited to 75 Quarts so look for order forms in the Feb. Newsletter and thr Bulletin. The price is still $8 per quart with all orders due by Feb. 25th.
