The Fairview Elementary PTA will be having our monthly meeting on Thursday, February 8th at 6 pm in the school’s library. All parents/grandparents/guardians of Fairview Elementary students are encouraged to attend the meeting to learn about upcoming events at the school. Babysitting will be provided.
The 9th Annual Mountain Top Welcome Club Night at the Races will be held Friday, February 9th at the Wright Twp Fire Hall. Doors open at 6 p. m. -Races start at 7 p. m. Beer, soda, pizza and chips will be included in the $5 entrance fee. All attendees are welcome to bring their own wine, alcohol and snacks of their choice as well. Each horse costs $10 and has a 1 in 10 chance to win $50 -you do not need to be present to win! Business ponsored races will be mentioned throughout the evening and in the program book for $50 or they can be a Gold Sponsor for $100 for special attention and perks!
Fairview Elementary 5th grade is proud to present “Blue Suede Paws” The public is invited to come out and enjoy this 1950’s hair-raising musical, Friday February 9th with show time starting at 6 pm at Fairview Elementary. Admission will be a donation of animal food or products or a monetary donation, all going to Blue Chip Animal Rescue in Dallas.

The Mountain Top Social Club meetings are 2nd and 4th Tuesday each month. The next meetings will be February 13th and 27th at 1 p. m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church on route 309 Mountain Top. Trips to Hollywood Casino will start on March 22nd and will continue every 4th Thursday of each month thru November. Cost $25. Rebate is $30 to play and $5 for buffet. Bus leaves Mt.
