St. Paul’s is a Family of Believers in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, committed to the fulfillment of the Word of God. Worship Service is scheduled 8:30a.m. and 11 a. m. Sunday School begins at 9:30 a. m.

Joint Lenten Services-The Congregational Council of St. Paul’s extended an invitation to the members of St. John’s, suggesting a weekday service be offered at St. Paul’s at 11 a. m. each Wednesday and an evening service at St. John’s at 7 p. m. Members from both congregations are invited to attend the service time which best fits their schedule. The same service will be offered at both locations and should you place your offering envelopes into the plate, your envelopes will be returned to the appropriate church.

St. Paul’s is sponsoring a Flea Market/Pizza Sale on Saturday, March 10th at 8am. Take-N-Bake Pizza Sale-In conjunction with the flea market, we have traditional held a pizza sale. Pick-up will be Friday March 9th between 7-8p.m. and Saturday, March 10th from 8

Movie night has two movies this month-Monday, March 12th at 6:30
p. m.-The Five People You Meet In Heaven is a novel by Mitch Albom. It follows the life and death of a maintenance man named Eddie. Eddie is killed and sent to heaven, where he encounters five people who had a significant impact upon him while he was alive. The Passion of Christ-Tuesday, March 27th at 6:30
p. m.-Depicts the final twelve hours in the life of Jesus of Nazareth, on the day of his crucifixion in Jerusalem.
Join us on Wednesday, March 21st, beginning at 5:30 as we gather to dye eggs for our annual Easter Egg Hunt held on Palm Sunday during the Sunday School hour. If you would like to donate eggs or candy (to fill the plastic eggs) please bring donations in by Sunday March 18th. Please mark the cartons indicating whether the eggs are “Fresh” or “hardboiled.”
Maundy Thursday, March 29th-Dinner at 5:30 Worship Service at 7:00 p. m. On Maundy Thursday, we reach back to the beginning of Lent to recall the confession we made on Ash Wednesday. We are touched by words of forgiveness. It is only with a clear knowledge of being forgiven that we can engage the rest of the story. Forgiven, we learn of God’s new commandment.
If you plan on attending the dinner, please sign up on the sheet in the narthex. There will be a freewill offering taken to help defray the cost of the food. This event will be catered. Please bring a desert.
Cinco de Mayo, Mexican style not too spicy progressive dinner event May 5, 2018. Adult Function limited to the first 16 people who sign up. This will require 4 people to open their homes for this progressive meal. However, others are expected to help. Will include: Appetizer, Salad, Entrée & Desert. Evening will begin at 4:30 pm. Health Kits desperately needed! The various Lutheran agencies that respond to disasters are all requesting health kits. They are in desperate need of stocking their shelves. During March and April, we invite you to bring in the following item: towels, bars of soap, nail clippers, combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste and kits will be assembled.
Our WELCA group meeting is on March 14th at the church at 1pm. There will be no hostess this month. WELCA with the help of Thrivent would like to send a package to our service men & women. St. Paul’s Hoagie Gang-Sign up for DELICIOUS hoagies! Watch for the sign-up sheet on the narthex bulletin board. All orders must be in by the previous Sunday, which in this case will be, Sunday, March 11th with a pick up date of March 15th. The costs of the hoagies are $4 each. The sign-up sheet is on the narthex bulletin board.
Every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 7 p. m. AA meetings are held, at 6:15 p. m. on Wednesdays Weight Watchers meetings are in session. Every Thursday evening, and NA meets at 6 p. m. Stress & Anxiety Management: Every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p. m.
