SJ PREK CELEBRATES DR. SEUSS’ BIRTHDAY

SJ PREK CELEBRATES DR. SEUSS’ BIRTHDAY-Celebrating the birthday of a beloved children’s books author led to hours of fun for the 5-day prekindergarten class at St. Jude’s School. The students heard several stories written by Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss. The students learned about the author’s life and made up lots of nonsense words of their own. In keeping with the writing style of Dr. Seuss, rhyming games were a big part of the theme for the day. The Cat in the Hat painting craft features one of the most recognizable characters Seuss created. Shown from left in front representing their class are: Ellis Tammarine, Alexis Panzik, and Nathan Wisniewski. Back: Rishi Patel, Mason Barley, Brennan Verba, and Allen Seifert.
