Free Bereavement Support Group Series At Geisinger Wyoming Valley

ST. JUDE’S SCHOOL OBSERVES FIRE PREVENTION WEEK-The PreKindergarten and Kindergarten students at St. Jude School observed Fire Prevention Week by having members of the Wright Township Volunteer Fire Department visit them. Every year, several of the volunteers give their time to educate the students about this important topic. They spoke to the students about the tools they use, the equipment they wear, having a place for family to gather, the importance of smoke detectors, and how they assist with traffic accidents and other emergency situations. The students are shown with a poster they presented to the firefighters signed by all of the PreKindergarten and Kindergarten students thanking them for coming. Kindergarten students, shown in front: Joseph Mayernik, Matthew Mascarenhas, Patrick Smith, Luis Ortiz, Jacob Kopko, Cayden Sartori, Anson Jumper, Alex Gordon, Rishi Patel, and Jordan Paulshock.
