The Giving Tree remembers the shut-ins of the parish and the less fortunate in our community at Christmas. The tree has many tags requesting gifts and plants. Parishioners are encouraged to select a tag from the tree, purchase the gift, wrap it, and then label the gift with the same tag. Please note that the white angel tags, the white snowman tags, the gingerbread, and the food gift certificate tags request that the gifts be unwrapped. Please cover all plants to protect them from the cold. To ensure that the agencies and families receive their gifts on time, all gifts must be placed under the tree by Sunday, December 8. Distribution to some of the agencies begins on December 9. Questions may be directed to Lisa Ayers at 570-760-3716.
