Renninger Family Expresses Thanks To ‘Concert For Rebecca’ Supporters
Letter To The Editor

Dear Editor:

The family of Rebecca Lynne Renninger would like to thank the following people for making the fifth “Concert for Rebecca-Stop Domestic Violence” another great success! A total of $2,273 was donated with ALL monetary being equally divided between Domestic Violence Service Center and Victims Resource Center.

This would not have been possible without the help of the following people: King’s La Cantina for hosting the event for three years in a row; Stephanie Grubert, Mountaintop Eagle for a beautiful ad; Don Shappelle & The Pick Ups Band and Karl Metzger for providing great live music; Tammy Rodgers and Pat Rushton for their professional speaking, Mary Ellen Aton, Mountain Peaks; The Citizens Voice, The Times Leader, Dr. Don & Debbie Stone, Andrea O’Neill, Claudia Fazzino, Pastor Michelle Kaufmann, St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church; Kate Button, Button Oil Company; Joe and Pam Yuscavage, Triangle Pharmacy; A & R Supply, Carone’s Market, The Ice House Pub, Wychock Beverage, John & Bernis Emmett, Jim & Alice Doxsey, Cavanaugh’s Grille, Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club, Lucy Dattisman, Wheels Bar & Grill, Jeff & Mary Harrison, Jim & Roberta Mohr, Joe & Rochelle Boyle, Kim & Donna Dyszlewski, Rite Aid, Cindy Haage, Rachel O’Brien, The Chalet Restaurant, and Tom Renninger.

Thank you to all the people who attended this very important event.

There will never be an admission fee for the concert, because it is not about the money being raised, but creating awareness for women in abusive relationships to seek help before it’s too late.

Sincerely, Terry, Teresa, Michelle and Timmy Renninger
