Clara P. Riccobono, 87, Mountaintop, died Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Mountain Top Senior Care Center.
She was born in the Bronx, NY on Dec. 13, 1926. She was the daughter of the late Vincent & Josephine DeVito Lombardo.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Joseph R. Riccobono.
Surviving are her daughters, Linda Petriello & Roseanne Pinto, grandchildren, Christopher, Nicole & Michael, great-grandchildren, Nicolette, Crista, Daniella & Alex, sister, Gloria Tetro, nieces & nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St. Jude Church, Mountain Top.

Michael Francis Janc, 50, Bear Creek Township died Friday, March 28, 2014.
Born Oct. 19, 1963, in La Porte, Ind., he was a son of the late Emil Joseph and Charlotte Fencl Janc.
Michael was a graduate of St. Jude’s School in Mountain Top and Bishop Hoban High School in Wilkes-Barre. He earned his baccalaureate degree from King’s College.
He was employed by Hart Electronics in Kingston and was most recently manager of Rex TV & Electronics.
Michael was a fan of the Chicago Bears. He had a passion for fishing, riding ATVs and playing drums. He enjoyed caring for his beloved mother and spending time with the family dog, Rocky.
He will be greatly missed by his
mother, Charlotte Janc, Bear Creek Village; sister, Therese and her husband, Robert G. Smith, Mountain Top; brother, Joseph E. Janc Esq., Bear Creek Township; niece, Aubrey Smith, and nephew, Ethan Smith, both of Mountain Top; other family and friends.
Celebration of Michael’s life will begin with visitation at 9:30 a. m. Wednesday at the Church of St. Elizabeth in Bear Creek. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a. m. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery in Bear Creek.
Memorial donations are preferred and may be made to the Church of St. Elizabeth.

Mathurbhai Ambalal Patel, 84, Mountaintop, died Sunday, March 23, 2014, at his home surrounded by family and friends.
Born in Gujarat, India, he was the son of the late Ambalal and Paliba Patel.
Surviving are his wife, Maniben; daughters, Lilaben, Savitaben, Taraben, Gitaben and Jashoda; and son, Bhikhabhai.
The funeral service was held from the Wright Township Fire Hall, Mountain Top.
Arrangements were by Yeosock Funeral Home, Plains Township.
The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures and help hunt some eggs and do some crafts.
